YES! Here at K9 Feline every pet gets a second chance. We do our best to safely groom each pet to the best of our ability. If your pet becomes too stressed during the process we ask that we complete his groom in up to 2 different visits.
We can never determine a full grooming price over the phone or online. All prices are determined once we are able to analyze the condition of your pets coat In person. Provided on our site are starting prices based on size. The condition of your pets coat is the main factor that can cause the price of the groom to increase
We like to give a rough estimate on the time it takes to groom certain breeds (generally 2-3hrs.) However, each pet has his own likes and dislikes. This can impact not only the time it takes to finish his groom, but also when we are able to start the next pets. We appreciate your patience.
